You will only need to ask yourself one question...DO I VACATION?
If you don't, then obviously you do not need timeshare. However, if you do, then you owe it to yourself & family to explore your options. Right now, you only have two options:
1) Do I Rent
2) Do I Own
Let's assume that you are going to
spend an average of $1,500 each year over the next 10 years.
That means you would spend approximately $15,000 baring inflation,
Right? And what are you going to have to show for that money assuming you
continue to rent?
Memories,
pictures and receipts, Right? So basically you are going to have
nothing to show for all the money you've spent, Right?
Now lets say you spent
that money to own and you pay for it the same way over a 10
year period, but now instead of a hotel, you are staying in a 2 bedroom 2 bath
condo with all the amenities you saw today. You would enjoy that more
wouldn't you?
Let me explain why folks just like yourselves
buy vacation ownership. You see
if at the end of 10 years you still want to vacation, what happens if you
continue going like you're going now?
Do you think the hotel you've spent
that money with is going to give you the next year vacation for free?
Absolutely not, You are going to have to start paying again aren't you?
Well
you see if you spend that same money to own, at the end of 10 years you
have a choice, you can exercise your right and sell it or you can continue
to vacation for the rest of your life for free.
Let me ask you, seriously, where would
you prefer to be 10 years form now. Have spent $15,000 and have nothing to
show for all the money or a lifetime of vacations?
